STATHAM - Maggie Ruth Peppers, 93, died Thursday, October 21, 2010.
She was the daughter of the late Boss and Maggie Akins Bradshaw. Mrs. Peppers was preceded in death by her husband, James Peppers; and two daughters, Christine Cash and Barbara Peppers. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include children, Dickie Peppers and Millie Peppers, both of Statham, Margie Hilley, Jackson County, and Buddy Peppers, Auburn; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 24, at 2 p.m., from the chapel of Carter Funeral Home, with Chaplain Bill Hayes and Brother Randy Peppers officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, October 24, from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
