BOGART – Rachel Denise “RaRa” Tapley, 48, died Monday, October 18, 2010, at her residence.
Born in Athens, she was the daughter of Marvin Barber and Mae Julie Whitehead Sigmon and stepdaughter to Gene Sigmon. RaRa loved her family and friends, loved ones stated.
Survivors include her husband, Walter Lee Tapley; a sister, Amy Moss; brothers, Scott Moss, Stacey Barber, Mike Barber, Mark Barber; special nieces, Tymber Moss, Skylar Moss; half brother, Kelly Singley; Jimmy Collingsworth who was like a father; special friends, Rita Hutchins and Rachel Powers; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Thursday, October 21, at Lord & Stephens West Chapel Funeral Home. Burial was in Hill Haven Cemetery in Monroe.
