Linda Tittle

HULL – Linda A. Tittle, 60, died Tuesday, October 5, 2010.

Born in Oconee County, she was the daughter of Ruby Mae Coleman and the late Edward Coleman. She was a loving homemaker and the best biscuit maker ever. Mrs. Tittle was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Coleman.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, Melvin Tittle Sr.; children, Melvin Tittle Jr., Judy Cunningham, April Tittle, Cathy Tittle, Kimberly Tittle and Katie Tittle; sisters and brothers, Joann Tittle, Larry Bradshaw, Ralph Coleman, Susie Bowen, Toby Coleman and Ann Merk; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 8, at 1 p.m., from Brown Chapel, Danielsville, with Pastor Tim Vaughn officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry Bradshaw, Jeff Tittle, Billy Tittle Jr., Stacey Fowler, Wesley Fowler and Allen Teett. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, October 7, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Brown Chapel, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
