Russell Tadlock, 65, of Dahlonega, died Saturday, July 26, 2007, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Edna Casteel Tadlock, Dahlonega; one son; one daughter; sister and brother-in-law, Doris and John Whaley, Maysville; one brother; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 30, at 1 p.m., at Northside Worship Center in Hall County with the remains placed in state at the church at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Revs. Eddie Wiggins and Tim Reed will officiate. Burial will be in Dahlonega Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Banister Funeral Home, Dahlonega, is in charge of arrangements.
