Brandon Dwight Smith, 34, of Winder, died Tuesday, July 22, 2008.

He was born in Fulton County, a son of Lisa Mullis, New Port News, Va., and the late Dwight Smith. He was a member of Union Baptist Church.

Survivors include his step-father, Ed Mullis, New Port News, Va.; brother, Adam O’Kelly, New Port News, Va.; sister and brother-in-law, Anna and Michael Peppers, Winder; grandmothers, Eunice Guffin, Winder, and Susie Sandler, Gwynn Island, Va.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 26, at Union Baptist Church with the Revs. Brian Faglier and Rudy Camp officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.

Smith Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
