Vivian Leigh Garrison, 50, of Homer, died Wednesday, July 23, 2008.
She was born in Clarke County, a daughter of the late Wendall and Geneva Cook Wilson. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. She worked for Bo’s Linen Service, Homer. She was also preceded in death by a son, Levi Garrison.
Survivors include her husband, Herbert (Bo) Garrison, Jr., Homer; daughters, Christy Williams, Eva Griffith, Kayla Garrison and Lydia Garrison, all of Homer, son, Herbert Garrison, III, Homer; brother, Bill Wilson, North Carolina; sister, Frances Turnbow, Enterprise, Ala; and three grandchildren, Bryson and Reece Williams and Caine Griffith, all of Homer.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jeff Williams and Jerry Payne officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.

Viv was the star of our family. She was smart, friendly, beautiful,vivacious and enjoyed life. She had a faith that sustained her through difficult times. She loves her husband, children and grandchildren. She was a gift from God. I miss her terribly. Bill W Newton Grove, NC
