COMMERCE – Stanley Clarence Tatum, 53, died Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at his residence.
Born in Commerce, he was the son of the late Clarence and Mildred V. Tatum.
Survivors include his children, Michael Tatum, Stanley Clarence Tatum II, and Donna Tatum, all of Commerce; siblings, Cecil Tatum, Danielsville, Brenda Wilson, Center, Glenda Yarbrough, Elberton, and Jean Tatum, Hartwell; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 11, at 3 p.m., from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Rev. Jamie Smith and Deacon Lee Knight officiating. Burial will be in the Diamond Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, September 9, from 7 to 9 p.m., and at other times at the residence located at 203 Hebron Rd. in Commerce.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
