HOMER – Bobby Lee Colley, Jr., 37, died early Monday morning, August 16, 2010, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, following an extended illness.
Born in Athens, he was the son of Delores Noell Colley of Nicholson and the late Bobby Colley Sr.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Dina Hughes Colley, Homer; a daughter, Destiny Colley, Homer; brother, Brian Colley, Maysville; nephew, Jeremy Colley, Hull; and a brother-in-law, Randy Hughes, Maysville.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 20, at 11 a.m., from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Bethany Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, August 18, from 6 to 9 p.m., on Thursday, August 19, from 1 to 3 p.m., and on Friday morning until the time of service.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.

BObby just wanted to tell you how much we are gonna miss you. it just wont be the same without you here. God took you for a reason. We will see each again someday. just look for me when i come through those gates.
