Alvin Juan Thomas died Saturday, July 31, 2010.

Born on November 15, 1985, he was the son of Alvin and Annie Thomas.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Torres Thomas; children, Ericka, Kaiden, Eric and Alexa Thomas; brothers, John, Willie, Cedric, Henry, Fred, Michael Pittman, Hendry Watson and Mittis Pope; sisters, Jessye (Norris) Rogers, Angel Pittman and Stacie Barnes; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Special recognition and thank you to Barbara Black and to his grandmother, Ruby Watson Harrison.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 4, from Faith Temple Church of God in Christ in Athens with Supt. Walter Fleming officiating. Burial was in Kings Branch Baptist Church Cemetery in Carnesville. Pallbearers were relatives and friends.

Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home, Toccoa, was in charge of arrangements.
