COMMERCE – Geneva Bray Evans, 88, died Saturday, August 7, 2010, at her residence.
Born in Banks County, she was the daughter of the late Weldon Garnet and Ila Grace Eubanks Bray.
Survivors include her husband, Samuel “Tumpy” Evans, Commerce; a daughter, Martha Lewallen, Commerce; brother, David Bray, Commerce; granddaughters, Amanda Wilson, Commerce, and Melanie Giddens, Rome; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, August 9, from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Revs. David Wilkins and Danny Sudderth officiating. Burial was in Grey Hill Cemetery.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
