Pauline Bryant

JEFFERSON – Pauline S. Bryant, 66, died Thursday, July 8, 2010.

Born on November 15, 1943, in Oglethorpe County, she was the daughter of the late J.B. and Willie Dell Head Self. She was a hairstylist, last working at the Klip-So in Hoschton, and a member of Free Chapel Worship Center in Gainesville. Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by a brother, Darrell Lamar Self; and a sister, Katherine Self.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Bryant, Jefferson; a son, Nicholas Paul Bryant, Jefferson; sisters, Hazel Streetman, Athens, Tiney Kines, Statham, Carolyn Childress, Winder; and a brother, Johnny Self, Winder.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 11, at 2 p.m., from the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. Dwayne Wellborn officiating. Burial will be in the White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Saturday, July 10, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the funeral home.
