WINDER - Mildred Grace Wallace, 86, died Sunday, July 4, 2010.
Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Sanford W. and Callie Wier Wallace. A member of Winder First United Methodist Church, she owned and operated Wallace Beauty Shop for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoke S. Wallace,
She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Mauldin, Winder.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 7, at 4 p.m., from Smith Memory Chapel, with the Rev. Larry Rary officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
