WINDER - Rob Bowman, 48, died Thursday, June 17, 2010.
Born in Omaha, Neb., he was the son of Nancy Bowman of Bogart, and the late Ben Bowman. He was of the Christian faith and a beloved son, brother and loyal friend, loved ones stated. Mr. Bowman was a skilled millwright.
Survivors in addition to his mother include brothers, Dave Bowman, Millford, N.J., Jeff Bowman, Kansas City, Mo., John Bowman, Winder, and Ed Bowman, Chicago, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 21, from Smith Memory Chapel, with the Rev. John Burchfield officiating. Burial was in Chapel Christian Church Cemetery.

Smith Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
