NICHOLSON – Sandra Diane Sailors, 60, died Saturday, June 19, 2010, at St. Mary’s Hospice House.
Born in Clarke County, she was the daughter of the late Edna Doris Beck Sailors and Daniel Lee Sailors (Dot), of Nicholson. She was a retired school teacher and was a tanning salon owner.
Survivors in addition to her father and stepmother include a daughter and son-in-law, Kasi and Scotty Thurmond, Bogart; brother and sister-in-law, Scotty and Ronda Sailors, Jefferson; granddaughters, Anna Kate Thurmond and Mary Grant Thurmond, both of Bogart; and two nieces.
Graveside services were held Monday, June 21, from Howington Cemetery with the Revs. Mike Stowers and Junior Sosebee officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Mary’s Hospice House, 1660 Jennings Mill Rd., Bogart, GA 30622.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
