AUBURN – Eva B. King, 87, died Thursday, June 17, 2010.
Born in Walton County, she was the daughter of the late Elbert O. and Alma Mae Edwards Bentley. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was a retired seamstress with Carwood Manufacturing. Mrs. King was preceded in death by her first husband, Troy M. Edwards, and second husband, Walter T. King; three brothers; and one sister.
Survivors include several nieces, nephews, stepchildren and step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 20, at 2:30 p.m., from the chapel of Carter Funeral Home with the Rev. Tom Ham officiating. Burial will be in Bay Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, June 19, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
