COMMERCE – Vivian Leola Haynes, 77, died Saturday, May 15, 2010 at her residence.
Born in Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late O.V. and Mary Louise Andrews Owens. She was a member of Madison Street Baptist Church and was employed by Blue Bell. Mrs. Haynes was preceded in death by her brother, Talmadge Owens.
Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Harrison, Commerce; son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Elaine Addison, Carnesville; sisters, Polly Whitworth, Martin, and Jessie Martin, Toccoa; brother, Travis Owens, Canton; grandchildren, Brian Harrison, Jason Addison and spouse, Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Bryson, Kaine and Brantley Addison.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 18, at Madison Street Baptist Church with Jim Waller officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Baptist Church in Toccoa. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, May 17.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
