WASHINGTON - Michelle Williamson, 36, died Saturday, April 10, 2010, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.
She was the daughter of mother and stepfather, Bobbie Bassett Callaway and James, Washington, and father and stepmother, David and Michelle Callaway Williamson, Colbert. She was a native of Athens, was a homemaker, and was of the Holiness faith.
Survivors in addition to her parents include daughters, Amber Lynea Anderson, Jefferson, and Hallie Anderson, Washington, and their father, John Anderson; a close companion, Joseph Hodges; brothers, Chris Williamson (Misty), Washington, and Jason Williamson, Garden City; sister, Dana Shoemaker (Brian Rucker), Maysville; stepbrothers, Dennis Callaway (Paula), Lincolnton, and Samuel Callaway (Tonya), Lincolnton; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Monday, April 12, in Washington-Wilkes Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Terry Casper officiating. Matthew Hodges, William Hodges, Mike Hodges, Tom Hodges, Kenneth Poss and Melvin Johnson served as pallbearers.
Memorial contributions may be made to her father, Mr. James Callaway, 428 Stoney Ridge Rd., Washington, GA 30673, to assist with funeral expenses.
Hopkins Funeral Home, Washington, was in charge of arrangements.

I have known Michelle since we were in elementary school. What happened? I am so sorry for the loss.
