LULA – Quentin Jordan Smith, 27, died Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at his residence.

Born in Commerce, he was the son of Dennis Jordan and Kathy Marie Porter Smith of Lula.

Survivors in addition to his parents include a daughter, Kyla Mollar, Banks County; brother, Justin Smith, Gainesville; sister, Miranda (Calvin) Weeks, Gainesville; and a maternal grandfather, Curtis Porter, Lula.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 27, at 2 p.m., from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Revs. Melvin Baugh and Jim Gilstrap officiating. Burial will be in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Lula. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, March 26, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
