Xia Moua died Thursday, March 11, 2010.
Survivors include his wife, Mai Houa Moua; sons, Billy T. Moua and Ronald T. Moua; daughters, Renee M. Xiong, Malena Sylapheth, Pachee M. Her and Pachia Moua; four granddaughters; and two grandsons.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 19, 20 and 21 at Jackson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Woodbine Cemetery in Jefferson.
Jackson Funeral Home of Monroe is in charge of arrangements.
