HULL – Bessie Evelyn Geeter Accetturi, 84, died Thursday, February 25, 2010, at Family Life Enrichment Center in High Shoals.
She was the daughter of the late William and Queenie Geeter. Mrs. Accetturi was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Accetturi.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Andy Weaver, Hull; granddaughter, Melanie Tumblin, Hull; great-granddaughter, Ashley Tumblin, Hull; brother, Henry Lee Geeter, Arnoldsville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 1, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Bridges Funeral Home with the Rev. Jonathan Tolbert officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Bridges Funeral Home, Athens, is in charge of arrangements.
