COMMERCE – Thomas Larry Whitlow, 55, died Thursday, February 11, 2010, at his residence.
Born in Commerce he was the son of the late Walter and Agnes Simmons Whitlow.
Survivors include a sister, Barbara (Loy) Reed, Commerce; nieces, Miranda Blalock and Jessica Davis, both of Commerce; one great-nephew; and two great-nieces.
Funeral services were held Saturday, February 13, from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Revs. Swayne Cochran, Henry Webb and Donald Wilson officiating. The body was cremated.
Memorial contributions may be made directly to Ivie Funeral Home to an account that has been set up at the Regions Bank.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.

Mr Larry was one of the nicest most humble men I have ever known. His love for god, and his fellow man will greatly be missed. Its good to know he is now singing praises with the Lord God. look for me in heaven brother Larry. I'll see you there! (pickle)
