DANIELSVILLE – Charles Dabney Adams, 60, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010, at the Hart County Hospital in Hartwell.
Born in Madison County on October 16, 1949, he was the son of the late William and Evelyn Fortson Adams. He was a mechanic and of the Baptist denomination.
Survivors include daughters, Shawn Hill and Stacy Skipper, both of Ila; companion, Linda Glenn, Hartwell; sisters, Robin Adams, Hartwell, Dale Brooks, Athens, and Teresa Russell, Comer; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 21, at 2 p.m., from the chapel of Pruitt Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in the Bluestone Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends Saturday, February 20, from 7 to 9 p.m. The family is at their respective homes.
Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, is in charge of arrangements.
