Barbara Milam

AUBURN - Barbara Fant Milam, 65, died Friday, February 12, 2010.

Born July 7, 1944, in Lanett. Ala., she was the daughter of the late Boyce and Ruby McClure Fant. She graduated from Lanett High School in 1962, was employed with Interstate Telephone in West Point and retired from Chateau Elan Hotel, in Braselton, in 2005. She was a member of the Midway United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, George W. ‘Billy’ Milam, Auburn; daughters, Beth (Larry) Reynolds, Bogart, and Julie (Jason) Casper, Winder; son Cale (Jessica) Milam, Auburn; grandchildren, Logan Reynolds, Lucas Reynolds, and Sophie Kate Casper; and sister, Sandra (O’Neal) Olive, Dadeville, Ala.

A graveside service was held Monday, February 15, at Hillcrest Cemetery, Lanett, Ala.

McCarthy Funeral Home, West Point, Georgia, was in charge of arrangements.
