Lou Ann Bell

JEFFERSON – Lou Ann Wilson Bell, 73, died Thursday, February 11, 2010.

Born in Jefferson, she was the daughter of the late Webbie Wilson and Clara Lou Harris Wilson of Jefferson. She was a homemaker and a member of Thyatira-Olney Presbyterian Church.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, John Hershel Bell, Jefferson; children, John Stephen Bell (Pamela), and Julie Stansel, Michael Stoy Bell (Angie), all of Jefferson, Linda Bryson (Geoffrey), Hoschton, Marcus Wilson Bell, Birmingham, Ala., James Benjamin Bell (Michelle), Winder, and Clara Marie Belle; brother, Daniel W. Wilson (Nancy), Jefferson; sister, Jere and James Wilhite, Jefferson; grandchildren, Jenna, Stephen and Matthew Bell, Jessica Colley, Jason Stansel, Charlene Bryson, John Michael Bell, Dixie and Jessie; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Sunday, February 14, from the Thyatira-Olney Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Fred Guthrie officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, was in charge of arrangements.
