CARLTON – Olis H. Winn, 88, died Monday, February 1, 2010 at his residence.
Mr. Winn was the son of the late Dave S. and Zora Maxwell Winn and was preceded in death by brothers, Walter, Maxwell, Hoil, Hugh, Lawrence and Emmett Winn; and a sister, Drusilah Winn.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Graham, Carlton; brother and sister-in-law, Hollis and Patsy Winn, Washington; sisters, Mildred Crook, Loganville and Mary Elizabeth Doolittle, Athens; stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Len and Mary Graham, Comer; stepdaughter, Sheila Graham, Elberton; and step-grandchildren, Gina Thompson, Duluth, Leah King, Comer, and David Thompson, Elberton; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 4, at 1 p.m., in the Carlton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m., Thursday, at the funeral home.
