Catherine Price

COMMERCE – Catherine Ray Price, 87, died Thursday, January 28, 2010, at BJC Hospital in Commerce.

Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Henry Grady and Ellis Sellers Ray. Mrs. Price was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Price.

Survivors include a sister, Emma Virginia Ray Lankford, Douglasville; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 31, at 2 p.m., from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Kesler officiating. Burial will be in the Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2 to 4 at the funeral home.
