NICHOLSON – Charlie Ledford, 76, died Sunday, January 10, 2010, following an extended illness.
Born in Jackson County and had lived there most of his life, he was retired from the poultry industry. He was a member of The Church of God in Commerce. Mr. Ledford was a veteran, having served in the United States Air Force.
Survivors include a son, Keith Ledford, Hoschton; daughters, Patricia Stowe, Nicholson, and Tanya Ledford, Oakwood; brother, Frank D. Ledford, Talmo; sister, Cynthia Mae Shelton, Talmo; 29 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 12, in Faith Tabernacle Congregational Holiness Church with the Revs. Jeff Galley and Louis Gaddis officiating. Burial was in the Talmo Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ward’s Funeral Home, Gainesville, was in charge of arrangements.

love this guy very much sorry to hear that he was gone but now he is home with god and all our loved ones like sharon holland nita & james holland and all of his loved ones to he loved our world coues he went to war for our great one
