Albert Anderson

COMMERCE – Albert Garland Anderson, 77, died Thursday, January 14, 2010, at his residence.

Born in Paris, Tenn., he was the son of the late Walter Richard and Opal Darden Anderson. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, was a United States Army veteran and was retired from Echo Restaurant. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by a son, Larry Anderson.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Nichols Anderson, Commerce; son and daughter-in-law, Nick and Tracy Anderson, Commerce; brother, Mike Anderson, Winchester, Tenn.; and a grandson, Dylan Anderson, Commerce.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 16, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Raymond Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, January 15, from 6 to 8 p.m.
