William Dove

STATHAM – William Felton Dove, 60, died Tuesday, January 12, 2010.

Born in Danielsville, he was the son of the late Ernest and Pearlie Mae Allen Dove. He was a retired machine operator from Johns Manville and was a member of the New Life Worship Center in Statham.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Dove, Statham; sons, Bill Dove, Commerce, Randall Dove and Shane Dove, both of Colbert, and Chris Dove and his fiancé, Mary Lee, Statham; grandchildren, Robert Wesley Dove and Heidi Ann Dove; brothers, Robert Dove, Nicholson, Hugh Dove, Danielsville, Winford Brooks, Douglasville, Crawford Dove and Ray Dove, both of Comer, and Nelson Dove, Statham; sisters, Jewel Ivester, Toccoa, Elizabeth Horne, Royston, Betty Wash, Douglasville, and Tina Coleman, Colbert.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 15, at 11 a.m., from Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Leon Pass officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
