JEFFERSON - Wolfgang E. Wild, 71, died Thursday, January 7, 2010.
Born in Stuttgart, Germany, he was the son of the late Otto Albert and Eva Karolina Rettig Wild.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Wild, Jefferson; daughters, Jodie R. McWalters and Tracy L. Wild, both of Winder, and Wendy A. Wild, Jefferson; son and daughter-in-law, Wolfgang E. Wild Jr. and Kimberly Ann Wild, Winder; four stepchildren; thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Renate Wild Lester and Ursula Eugena Kleyling, both of West Virginia.
A memorial service was held Sunday, January 10, from Smith Memory Chapel, with the Rev. Al Garvin officiating.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
