Ila – Eva Daniel, 84, died Friday, December 4, 2009.
A native and lifelong resident of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Thurston and Lucy Sorrow Lord. She was a retired nurse and a member of Providence Baptist Church. Mrs. Daniel was preceded in death by her husband, William Elmer Daniel.
Survivors include children, Ricky Daniel, Ila, and JoAnn Echols, Maysville; sister, Pauline Seagraves, Comer; grandchildren, Emily Echols, Breann Daniel, Brittany Daniel and Bobbie Jo Echols; and great-grandchildren, Matthew Roling and Nathan Roling.
Funeral services were held Monday, December 7, at Providence Baptist Church with the Revs. Albert Vaughn and Huey Bratton officiating. Burial was in Ila Cemetery.
Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville, was in charge of arrangements.
