JEFFERSON – Jeanette Nix Aaron, 78, died Monday, November 23, 2009.
Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Martha Adams Nix. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church. Mrs. Aaron was preceded in death by her husband, William Aaron.
Survivors include a son, Gene Aaron, Jefferson; daughter, Jerrie Courson, Statham; sister, Evelyn Kirkman, Jefferson; brother, Danny Nix, Conyers; granddaughter, Celena Chatham, Talmo.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 27, at 11 a.m., from the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with the Revs. Ronnie Healan and Charles Morrison officiating. Burial will be in Galilee Christian Church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Mize, Stanley Duncan, Carl Mize, Ricky Hooper, Chip Aaron, and Craig Brooks. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 25, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, is in charge of arrangements.

I send my condolences. Death is one of, if not the hardest thing to deal with in life. The Bible promises that one day our dead loved ones will come back to life here on earth. John 5:28, 29 solidifies that promise. It says that those who have passed on will come out of their memorial tombs. what a wonderful day that will be!
