WINDER – Rena Casper Adams, 56, died Wednesday, November 4, 2009.
Born in Walton County she was the daughter of the late James W. Casper and Helen Hayes Price and was of the Baptist denomination. She was a loving mother and nana and was loved by many, loved ones stated. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by a brother, Darrell Casper.
Survivors include a son, Calvin O’Neal Martin Jr., Monroe; daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and Edwin Whitley, and Tonya and Brad Westmoreland, all of Monroe; five grandchildren; brothers, Dan Casper, Monroe, Doyle Casper and Dan Casper, both of Winder; sister, Rita Lumley, Winder; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 7, at 2 p.m., in Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Terry Casper officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, November 6, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Peoples Bank of Winder for the Rena Casper Adams Memorial Fund.
