Joanna Moseley

WINDER – Joanna Moseley, 78, died Thursday, October 29, 2009.

Born in Barrow County, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Nobie Harris McElroy. She was a member of Winder First Christian Church and was the youngest of eight children. She had worked with the Winder Housing Authority for many years before working for Graham Cleaners for 20 years. Mrs. Moseley was preceded in death by her husband, Grover C. Moseley Jr.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Clevey and Sherry Moseley, Winder; grandson, Andrew Moseley, Winder; nieces and nephews, Ernerst Graham, Patricia Parker, Sonny Cobb, Cheryl Fincher, and Kathy Morrison; and several great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 1, at 2 p.m., at Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Jim Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 31, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
