DANIELSVILLE – Shorty Giddeons, 60, died Monday, October 26, 2009, at the Cobb Health Care Facility.
Survivors include children and spouses, David and Sheri Giddeons, Terry and Tammy Giddeons, Regina Giddeons, all of Tennessee, Tina and Clint Coile, Hull, Brenda “Squeeky” and Michael Dooley, Toccoa, Jennifer and Jimmy Pace, Nicholson, Tommy and Irene Myrick, Alabama, and Kathleen Giddeons, Atlanta; sisters and spouses, Dorothy and Bill Dean, Ellijay, Dennise and Jackie Reece, Woodstock; 22 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 30, at 2 p.m., from the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Terry Hale officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 29, from 2 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Sosebee Funeral Home, Canton, is in charge of arrangements.
