COMMERCE – Marless L. Yearwood, 99, died Friday, October 23, 2009, at BJC Nursing Home.

Born in Rabun County, she was the daughter of the late Davis and Latha Carver Lee. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Yearwood was preceded in death by her husband, Epps Yearwood.

Survivors include a daughter, Jimmie Lou Pardue, Athens; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one great-great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 1, at 2 p.m., at the First Baptist Church of Commerce with Carlton Allen officiating.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
