Elizabeth Patton Durham, 84, of Auburn, died Friday, July 4, 2008.
A native of Mobile, Ala., she was a retired switchboard operator with W.E. Brown Decorating Company of Atlanta. She attended the Winder Wesleyan Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Randall Sharpton, Auburn; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Patricia Tolbert, Griffin, Charlotte and Billy Roberts, Williamson, Doug and Cathi Durham, Lilburn, and Ronnie Durham, Buford; grandchildren, Laura Knox, McDonough, Brian Durham, Newnan, Shalena Bana and Jason Bana, both of Sacramento, Calif., and Tommy Durham; five great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 7, in the chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Mr. Bill Hester officiating. Burial was in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
Carter Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
