NICHOLSON – Frances Mathis Smith, 92, died Saturday, October 17, 2009.
Survivors include her husband, Roy Smith, Nicholson; daughter, Wynette Sullivan, Douglasville; son and daughter-in-law, Lonnie Dickerson Jr. and Cynthia Dickerson, Athens; grandchildren, Greg Watkins, Lawrenceville, Angie Jordan, Atlanta, Trey Dickerson, Macon; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 20, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Stahl officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park in Athens.
The family will receive friends Monday, October 19, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, is in charge of arrangements.
