Larry Stewart. 59, of Jefferson, died Friday, July 4, 2008.
Born in DeKalb County, he was the son of the late Olin and Louise Whitehead Stewart and was preceded in death by a grandson, Elijah Lilly. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and worked in textile maintenance.
Survivors include his wife, Paulette Pressley Stewart, Jefferson; daughters, Diana Lilly, Cleveland, Stephanie Jones, Jefferson, Deana Harrison, Gainesville; sons, Judson Stewart, Jefferson, Stephen Dale, Cleveland; sister, Kathy Tompkins, Jefferson; brother, Gene Stewart, Savannah; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 7, in the chapel of Evans Funeral Home. Burial was in Woodbine Cemetery.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, was in charge of arrangements.
