Lois Banks

WINDER – Lois C. Banks, 91, died Saturday, October 10, 2009.

Born in Statham, she was the daughter of the late Earle and Lena Mobley Casper. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church and was retired from Barrow Manufacturing. Mrs. Banks was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Stanton M. Banks; and brothers, Edward, Arthur Due and Felton Casper.

Survivors include sons and daughter-in-law, Ray and Linda Banks and Dennis Banks, all of Winder; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 13, at 2 p.m., at Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Billy Ray Banks officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, October 12, from 6 to 9 p.m.
