BRASELTON – Gena Renae Jackson Scott, 42, died Friday, October 9, 2009, in Jackson County following an automobile accident.
Born on November 13, 1966, in Hamilton, Tenn., she was the daughter of Gene and Barbara Helen Hayes Jackson of Sugar Hill. She was employed at Winder Barrow Medical Center as an E.R. Technician and was a member of Braselton Tabernacle of Praise.
Survivors in addition to her parents include a daughter, Kelsey Scott, Braselton; son, Dustin Scott, Gainesville; sisters, Barbie Free and Tammy Bray, both of Braselton, and Nita Jackson, Hoschton; brothers, Gene Jackson and Jon Jackson, both of Braselton.
Funeral services were held Monday, October 12, in the chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home. Burial was at Memorial Park South Cemetery.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, Flowery Branch, was in charge of arrangements.
