Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Bert Emory Patrick Sr. and Ora Tallulah Brown Patrick. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Randolph was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. W.T. Randolph; sons, Dr. R.H. Randolph, Lt. Col. John Randolph, and Dr. W.T. Randolph.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia Russell and Richard Russell III, Winder; 12 grandchildren; multiple great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Tootsie Patrick Lay, Winder.

ATHENS - Jolynn "Miss Jo" Farley, 58, let go peacefully Saturday, April 23, 2011, surrounded by her family following a valiant fight with ovarian cancer.
A native of Athens, Mrs. Farley was preceded in death by her parents, George F. and Frances Fuller Venable.
Survivors include her husband, James H. ╥Jim╙ Farley, Sr.; daughter, Tonya (Eric) Wagner, Bogart; son, Michael (Catherine) Farley, Athens; granddaughter, Lacey M. A native of Walton County, she was a longtime member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher and as a member of the choir. She was employed by Southeastern Garment Company in Monroe, which became Oxford Industries. She retired after 40 years of service.
Mrs. Whitley was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Whitley.

He graduated from Culver Military Academy in Culver, Ind., and received his BSBA degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Ark. He took an active role in the Parkinson’s Action Network and was Congressional Coordinator for Georgia District 9, along with being an active member of the Lake County Shakers Parkinson’s support group.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Gene Witsell; three daughters and sons-in-law, Marie and David Dusse, Carolyn and Bob Benson and Katherine and Dave Pappas; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother and sister-in-law, Leigh and Ethel Witsell.
