Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Jessie Cornelius and Ertie Virginia Barnett Eubanks. Mr. Eubanks was preceded in death by two wives, Margie Irvin Eubanks, the mother of the children, and Elise Bennett Eubanks.
Survivors include children, J. Walter and Joyce Eubanks, Commerce, Randall and Sandra Eubanks, Tucker, Betty J. She was a longtime member of the Thomson First United Methodist Church and the OSME Bible study group and was a retired employee of Hadaway’s Department Store, Thomson. Mrs. Richards was preceded in death by husbands, George Luther Rucker Sr. and Claude N. Richards.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, George Luther Rucker Jr. and Pat Rucker, Jefferson; and grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
