Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of Ouida Wilson Barnett of Nicholson and the late Otis Barnett. She was a member of Berea Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Born in Atlanta, she was the daughter of the late William and Annie V. Webb. She was an active member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Commerce and a former member of Northwoods Baptist Church in Doraville. She retired from Regions Bank in Banks County. Mrs. Haney was preceded in death by husbands Thomas Algard and William Haney; a son, Joseph Algard; and son-in-law, Paul Breuggemann.

JEFFERSON – Johnnie Kenneth Ramey, 66, died Saturday, January 2, 2010.
Born on March 27, 1943, in Catlettsburg, Ky., he was the son of the late John Garfield and Rosa Victoria Cordle Ramey. He worked as a worm on an oil rig, made cast iron molds, as a security guard, EMT, tow truck driver and cashier. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Ramey was preceded in death by brothers Okie and Kyutis; and a sister, Goldie Mae Preston.
