A native of Clarke County, Mrs. Ferguson was the daughter of Omar Jackson and Hettie Damron Williams and was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Terry Ferguson and grandson, William Steven Morris. Mrs. Ferguson was a member of Edwards Chapel Baptist Church.

Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Emory Edward and Emma Nancy Peevy Griffeth. He was a member of the Bethlehem First Methodist Church and was owner of Winder Finance Company until he retired in 2007.

Born in Barrow County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Fred and Lois Grimwood Ferguson. She was a life long member of Statham First Baptist Church and was a member of the Friendship Sunday School Class.

He was a retired Air Force Colonel serving in World War II, having served 3 years in the Army and the rest in the Air Force. He had a private law practice in Kentucky, where he was a judge. Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Banks Thomas; and his second wife, Carolyn Huff Thomas.
