Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late James Coleman and Mary Massey Clark. She was retired from Georgia Sportswear and was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Frank Butler.
Survivors include a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

HULL – Andrew J. “A.J.” Watson, 73, died Friday, June 26, 2009, peacefully from the arms of his loving family to the loving arms of his Lord.
Born on April 14, 1936, in Nicholson, he was preceded in death by a son, Richard Wells. He took pride in his work with a lifelong career in commercial trucking and was a devoted member of Victory Baptist Church in Hull. He loved spending time with his family and many grandchildren, and will always be remembered by his love for God, his compelling stories, and his obsession of homemade vanilla ice cream on a hot summer day, loved ones stated.
Survivors include his loving wife of 34 years, Retha A. Watson; children, Gail Moore, James Wells, Deborah Willoughby, Joe Wells, Mike Watson, David Wells, Tim Watson, Danny Wells and Tracie Flores; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Varner was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight R. Varner; daughter, Judy V. Hambrick; grandson, Paul Varner; brothers, Maurice, Lovic, and Wilton Jones; and a sister, Jewell Varner.

Mr. Morris was preceded in death by sisters, Marie Morris and Lucille Morris; sister and brother-in-law, Katie and Bill Toney; brothers, C.B. Morris and Johnny Morris; sister-in-law, Agnes Morris; and brother-in-law, Jowett Logan.
