Justin Eberhart, 28, of Portsmouth, Va., died Sunday, October 19, 2008.
Born in Gwinnett County, he was the son of Matt Eberhart of Hoschton and Nan Eberhart of Winder. He attended Barrow High School, where he played baseball and was a member of the band.
Mr. Eberhart was the grandson of A.B. and Ann Eberhart of Winder; and brother of Shane Eberhart of Winder.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 24, at 2 p.m., at Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Hal McElhannon and Mr. Mark Howell officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
A trust fund will be opened at Bank of America in Winder for his daughter, Aylah Eberhart. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, October 23, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Hoyt Lester Bolton, 81, of Athens, formerly of Bethlehem, died Friday, October 3, 2008.
Born in Barrow County, he was the son of the late Verner H. and Lillie Mae Adams Bolton and was a member of Carter Hill Christian Church. He was a retired brick mason and was a veteran, having served in the United States Navy during World War II. Mr. Bolton was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Austin Bolton.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Rhonda Bolton, Athens; daughters and sons-in-law, Samantha and Ernest Treadwell and Cheyrl and Bruce Tolbert, all of Monroe; seven children; and four great-grandchildren.

Born in Guanajuato, Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Antonino and Guadalupe Olvera Espino. She was a member of the St. Matthews Catholic Church and worked at Chico’s for over three years.

She was born on May 2, 1920, in Habersham County, the daughter of the late Meredith and Mary Louise Ivie Landers.
Mrs. Gallups was the mother of Henry Clyde Gallups Jr. of Winder.
