COMER – Vickie Denise Jordan, 55, died Friday, July 31, 2009.
A native of Clarke County, she was the daughter of Gertrude Hix Booth and the late George D. Booth. She was employed with Progressive Insurance and Beans Wax Candles. She loved animals, especially dogs and turtles.
Survivors in addition to her mother, include her husband, William Jordan; a brother and sister-in-law, Mark T. and Cathy Booth; niece, Miranda Booth; and a great-nephew, Mercer Armistead.
Memorial services were held Sunday, August 2, in the chapel of Lord & Stephens Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Sarna officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville, was in charge of arrangements.
