Carollette Cary

DANIELSVILLE – Carollette Parham Cary, 73, died Thursday, July 23, 2009, at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens.

Born in Madison County on April 29, 1934, she was the daughter of the late John M. and Nora Wall Parham. She was a homemaker and member of the New Hope Worship Center. Mrs. Cary was preceded in death by her husband, the late Ammie C. Cary; son-in-law, Dave Parker; four brothers; and five sisters.

Survivors include a son, John Barry Cary, Danielsville; daughters, Amy Johnette Parker and Angela Carol Greenwood, both of Danielsville; a sister, Evelyn Parham, Danielsville; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sunday, July 26, in the chapel of Pruitt Funeral Home with the Rev. Albert Vaughn officiating. Burial was in the Meadow Baptist Church cemetery.

Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, was in charge of arrangements.
