SAVANNAH – Robert Faulkner, 57, died Tuesday, July 21, 2009.

A native of Jackson County, he was the son of the late Homer and Agnes Doster Faulkner. He was a former resident of Hall County and was a retiree of BellSouth with 32 years of service.

Survivors include children, Laura Faulkner, Sugar Hill, and Georgia and Paul Faulkner, Maricopa, Ariz.; grandchildren, Matthew Faulkner and Ava Faulkner; and brothers, Randall Faulkner and Ricky Faulkner, both of Hoschton.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 25, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of Carter Funeral Home with the Revs. Tim Strickland and Robin Couey officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Hall Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, July 24, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Carter Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
